Decent stand mixer, slight issue

I ordered a refurbished stand mixer and it arrived within a week. The mixer itself works great, it handles dough and batters without any issues, and it looks almost new apart from a tiny scuff on the base that's barely noticeable. The savings were substantial compared to a new one, which made it a good value. My only slight complaint is that it came in plain brown packaging, not the original box, which I guess is standard for refurbished, but it felt a little less exciting to unbox. Customer service was responsive when I asked about tracking. Overall, a solid purchase for the price.

Works great, fast shipping

Got a refurbished kettle. Looked new, works perfectly. Shipped quickly. Saved some money, no complaints.

Good quality, fast shipping

I bought a refurbished digital air fryer from Renew 2 U a few weeks ago. The ordering process was smooth, and the website was easy to navigate. It arrived in about 4 days, which was quicker than I expected for a refurbished item, and it was well-packaged. The air fryer itself looked almost new, no scratches or dents I could find. I've used it several times now for fries and chicken, and it works perfectly, heating evenly and quickly. The only minor thing was that the manual wasn't the original, but a printed copy, which was fine. I emailed customer service with a question about the warranty, and they got back to me within a day with a clear answer. Overall, a really positive experience and a great deal compared to buying new.

Great value on slow cooker

I was looking for a slow cooker and saw Renew 2 U had refurbished ones. I signed up for their newsletter and got a first-order discount code, which was a nice bonus on top of the already reduced price. The refurbished slow cooker I bought was in excellent condition, practically new, and saved me a good chunk of money compared to buying new. Definitely felt like I got a bargain. For anyone on a budget, this is a solid option.

Okay, but delivery was slow

I bought a refurbished digital air fryer. The product itself was great, exactly as described and works perfectly. However, the delivery took almost a week, which felt a bit long, especially since I paid for standard shipping. I think they could improve on their delivery times. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, so that was good. The item was well-packed and arrived safely. Overall, a decent experience, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

Nice experience shopping here

Just got a refurbished espresso machine. It came pretty fast, like four days tops. It was all packaged up well. Works great, makes really good coffee. Felt good to get a decent machine without spending a ton. I'd definitely check them out again if I need something else for the kitchen.

Air fryer works great

Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered a refurbished dual basket air fryer last week. The website was easy enough to navigate, and the checkout process was straightforward. It arrived in about 3 days, which was faster than I expected for a larger item. The packaging was secure. The air fryer itself looks and works like new. I tested it out with some fries and chicken, and everything cooked perfectly. Happy with the purchase, and the 12-month warranty adds peace of mind. Overall, a smooth experience.
